Pick cherries right from the tree during the spring and summer at the Borello Family U-Pick Orchards. Visit Andy’s Orchard, which has the widest variety of heriloom stone fruits on the West Coast. Known as the unofficial “mushroom capital”, Morgan Hill’s annual Mushroom Mardi Gras celebrates everything fungi. Family holiday fun can be found at local pumpkin patches and Christmas tree farms. The Morgan Hill Farmers Market offers year-round weekly markets at Depot Station, with up to 35 vendors serving up locally grown produce and hand crafted goods. Known as the “Valley of Heart’s Delights,” the rich Santa Clara Valley produces garlic, prunes, walnuts, olives, and of course — wine grapes! The area’s rich agicultural history is woven throughout Morgan Hill’s public spaces and businesses beautifully leverage reclaimed materials of yesteryears.
